Tech Services & Support in Vipps MobilePay

In Vipps MobilePay we make it very, very easy to pay and get paid. We have removed cash, cards and hassle every day since we came to be. Vipps is the most loved brand in Norway, and used by everyone. MobilePay is brand #1 in Denmark and climbing fast in Finland. Combined we have more than 11 million users and 400 000 shops and webshops in the Nordics.

Joining our forces together, we want to make it just as easy to pay across borders or order online from webshops all over the Nordics. But first, we are going to move all our customers and users on to one, common platform in the Nordics – to be able to build even better and faster solutions at scale.

About the role:
In Tech Services we will ensure as much speed as possible in the organisation, so that all our employees can make sure we reach our goal to be the worlds most loved wallet.

As part of the team, you will mainly work with support, operations, further development and automation of internal tools and systems. Tech Services belongs in Enterprise Tech & Operations. Our focus is to deliver first-class support and service, and also make sure we have good and stable tools and systems.

Vipps MobilePay is growing in Europe, and with offices in Oslo, Copenhagen, Aarhus, Helsinki and Vilnius, we need to strengthen our team. In this connection, we are looking for a person in Copenhagen, Århus or Oslo.


  • Technical support for everyone who works in Vipps MobilePay
  • Troubleshooting, error correction, setup, configuration and further development of internal tools and systems
  • Troubleshooting and reinstalling of machines, as well as ordering equipment
  • Project work

Skills & Requirements


  • Education in IT (relevant work experience can compensate for the education requirement)
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in IT operations and support
  • We hope that you have experience with applications and solutions such as Microsoft Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Sharepoint, Windows / macOS, Jira, Confluence, and video conferencing solutions such as Cisco Webex
  • Good communication and communication skills, also in English

In addition, we are looking for you who are self-driven and can work independently, works systematically on several tasks at the same time and can structure everyday life according to clear goals and priorities. You like to dig into various issues and are motivated by technical questions. You are curious by nature and can familiarize yourself with processes and see connections between services and systems.
