We are looking for a dedicated/experienced/driven Business Systems Program & Portfolio Manager to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our excellent/bold/passionate Business Systems Management team based in either Skellefteå, Västerås or Stockholm. By joining us, you will be a key player in managing and improving our vast portfolio of projects and initiatives in Business Systems and contribute to building one of the first large scale European battery factories as well all other sites within Northvolt

About the job
As Program & Portfolio Manager you will manage our portfolio of projects and initaitives from start to finish. You will have a team of internal and external IT Project Managers to ensure our projects and initiatives are delivered on time and budget. You work both proactively as well as reactively and your stakeholders are with the different senior business stakeholders as well as the different IT teams. This role is very central in Business Systems and you have the opportunity to work with a large chunk of the company in both Sweden and abroad. You will have the chance to develop your understanding of many different areas and challenges and the opportunities within Northvolt are large.

About the team
The team is strengthen recently with senior IT Project Managers. The capacity is now and then strengthen with external IT Project Managers as well as IT Project Managers from the IT PMO.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage Business Systems project and initiaitives from start to finish
  • Manage and lead the IT Project Managers in the team
  • Ensure all proejcts are delivered on time and budget and with business impact
  • Facilitate the planning of all our projects and manage expecations with our main business stakeholders
  • When needed be able to say "No"

Skills & Requirements

We believe that you have :

  • A degree in BSc/MSc or MBA/Relevant University Degree
  • 15+ years working experience in implementation and roll-out programs/projects within the sphere of Business Systems (Such as ERP, SaaS etc)
  • Excellent English written and oral skills
  • Track record of successful business transformation achievements in the areas of Finance, SupplyChain, HR, Manufacturing
  • Extensive experience from managing teams, projects and internal as well as external senior stakeholders

Bonus points for:

  • Experience and interest in manufacturing industry
  • Fluency in other languages (Japanese, Swedish, Chinese, French)
  • Experience from a multi-cultural environment
