We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join the ranks of a digital car service entering the Swedish market! We’re offering an exciting opportunity for you to build and grow the marketing of a new digital service, and run the marketing in Sweden. Role and Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of our marketing initiatives, responsible for planning and executing content that resonates with our audience and reflects the essence of the service. You have the responsibility of building branding tactics that fit the Swedish market and plan a yearly marketing wheel. You will work closely with our country manager and our operations team in our central Stockholm office, and you will have a tight knit marketing team of CMO and 3 marketing professionals to support you from our other location.
Since the market launch is not yet public information, we can’t disclose the name of the company. We will provide you with more specific details about the company in the interviews
Your key responsibilities will include:
Planning and Implementation: Plan, test and execute social media campaigns that captivate our target audience
Visual Content Production: Collaborate closely with our graphic designer to develop visual materials (still and video) for various channels that are aligned with the brand concept
Social Media Management: Keep our organic and paid social media platforms up-to-date, monitor conversations, and engage with our online community
Ad Copywriting: Craft persuasive advertising texts tailored to different target groups and channels, while staying true to the Tone of Voice.
SEO-Optimized Content: Write engaging and SEO-optimized blogs and customer stories that enhance our online presence and attract a wider audience.
Media Booking Collaboration: Work in tandem with our media agency to book media slots for marketing campaigns across various platforms, including radio, TV, display, and out-of-home (OOH) advertising.
Market Insight: Stay attuned to trends and consumer preferences in the Swedish market, enabling you to create copy and content that resonates with our target audience.
Deliver results: Follow-up and make sure our marketing initiatives deliver results that are in line with our business objectives.
Working cross Nordic to coordinate marketing initiatives with our partners
Skills that would make you excellent in this position:
Experience in content creation, copywriting, and digital marketing.
Creativity in producing engaging and persuasive ad copy.
Understanding of how to build well performing content to various channels, ie. SoMe, newsletters, display ads and to the website
Proficiency in producing visually appealing content with the help of graphic designers.
Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
Good coordination skills for managing translations and media bookings.
Understanding of market trends and Swedish consumer behavior
Strong organizational skills to oversee multiple content initiatives.
Collaborative mindset to work effectively with partners and agencies.
Good written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English.
Ability to be self driven, proactive and result-driven.
