About the position
We are looking for
Director, Applications
to join Oriola IT/Digital team for permanent position in Espoo, Finland or either Göteborg or STockholm in Sweden.
As a Director, Applications you will be creating ERP and other core solution strategy and roadmap for B2B Sweden and Finland together with the business areas. You will also define, together with Enterprise Architect, solution architecture and ensure technological fit for solution development. You will also lead and develop the organisation of internal and external IT professionals. You will be part of the IT/Digital leadership team. Skills & Requirements
Personal and experience Requirements
You have Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant field. Proven experience as a Director, Application or a similar role in large-scale, complex environments. Strong knowledge of ERP implementation projects, project management, experience sourcing IT systems and solutions and understanding of service management.
Familiarity with Agile and gate based implementation methodologies.
You have good interpersonal skills and development mindset with problem-solving “can do” attitude to secure cooperation with different stakeholders. You are analytical and have ability to understand business stakeholder needs and you are able to translate technical matters fluently to business language. You have also successful experience in leading and developing high performing experts. Spoken and written English is necessary. Position requires travelling.
Knowledge of ITIL processes are necessary.

- Ensuring IT process and governance training and compliance

- Establish KPIs, monitoring of costs and effectiveness of the services

- Setting IT sourcing strategy
- Technology and partner selection for core solution development and support
