Our Client is looking for a professional Kitchen Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations in an Asian-themed food establishment in Wuse 2 Abuja.
The Kitchen Manager's responsibilities include ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the kitchen, the quality and consistency of dishes, and compliance with food safety standards.
Ultimately, you’ll prepare and deliver a complete menu that delights our client.
Other responsibilities include;
Ensure the efficient and timely preparation of dishes to meet customer demand.
Apt knowledge of cooking different cuisines.
Maintain high food quality standards, ensuring all dishes meet established recipes and presentation guidelines.
Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate them into the menu.
Conduct quality inspections of ingredients and equipment.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
Salary: NGN100,000 (Monthly)
