SAP EAM Lead

Join Capgemini as a SAP EAM Lead consultant and drive excellence in enterprise asset management for our clients through innovative solutions crafting and strategic leadership and vision, optimizing asset performance for sustainable business success.

Core responsibilities

  • Solution Design: collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft, design and implement effective SAP EAM solutions that align with business objectives and best practices, based on SAP’s on-premise and cloud portfolio of solutions
  • Project Leadership: lead EAM tracks and projects, overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring high quality delivery according to client expectations, but also timely and within budget
  • System Configuration: keep in touch with the system and support our EAM team to configure and customize SAP to meet specific organizational requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes in or out of SAP
  • Team Management: manage and mentor a team of EAM consultants of various levels of expertise; providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and contribute to project success

Requirements

  • A bachelor's or master's degree combined with 10+ years of SAP project experience in asset management and asset maintenance
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP PM, CS, linear asset management, S/4HANA Service
  • Business knowledge of maintenance and service processes, and strategic asset management
  • Knowledge of QM, EH&S, MRS, Work Force Management, Logistics or CRM is an added value
  • A collaborative spirit & customer-oriented attitude
  • Result-driven & focused on delivering quality
  • A native speaker of French or Dutch and professional working proficiency in English
