Senior Construction Manager - Groundworks

We are looking for a experienced senior groundworks construction manager to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our excellent factory programs team based in Skellefteå. By joining us, you will be a key player in establishing up Northvolt ETT giga-factory and contribute to building one of the first large scale European battery factories.
About the job:
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and document execution of groundworks and landscaping. You will be responsible for collaboration and support of block managers, engineering manager, and contract specialists and the hand over of executed works.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Plan, coordinate and document execution of groundworks and landscaping.
- Coordinate and direct supervisors works.
- Follow groundworks milestone schedule.
- Optimize and follow up progress, cost and quality & mitigate hindrances.
- Documentation of executed works.
- Report progress, deviations, and non conformities.
- Support BAS-U re. HSE related issues.
Support block manager, engineering manager & contract specialist.
- Review of detailed design to optimize execution
- Review of contractor's claims (volumes, change orders, cost plus, hindrances, delay)
Project Management
- Support the block manager with reporting.
- Deputy block manage.
Handover
- Prepare documentation before inspections of contractors works.
- Prepare documentation before hand over.

We believe that you have :
- A degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of experiences from civil works
- 5+ years from industrial projects
- 5+ years as project manager for civil engineering projects
- Contract management
Specific Skills:
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- MS office (excel, word etc)
- AB04/ABT06, AMA Anläggning, MER Anläggning
- Driving licence
Optional Skills:
- Bluebeam
- AutoCAD
