You’ll be responsible for proactively driving sales of future cruises through promoting our destinations, science program, environmental initiatives as well as our loyalty program to our guests. Your role will be to participate in onboard events and activities to support the wider hotel operation team to ensure active engagement with our guests.

Essential Skills and Experience:
Language Skills: Candidates must be fluent in both English and German. Proficiency in additional languages would be a strong asset.
STCW certification and seafarer medical requirements are necessary.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing a positive guest experience.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
