THE ROLE & THE WORK

As a Senior Manager in the Public Sector team, you will be involved in project management, business development and lobbying towards our public sector clients. You will:

• Manage, lead and grow 1 or 2 public accounts and be responsible for delivery at those accounts including coaching and guiding a team of consultants
• Play key role in sales team in developing, cultivating, and closing deals with leading public institutions in the local market.
• Build up solutions further from our existing Capgemini Group Offers Portfolio that will fit clients’ requirements
• Bring the functional expertise that will increase credibility and client intimacy
• Identify business leads, industry and customer buying intelligence.
• Open new customers and create a seamless transition of clients from new sales to strategic partners
• Be responsible for the development, execution and delivery of quality solution focused client presentations and proposals

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

• You’ll bring a proven 10 years of experience in business and digital transformation with public sector experience.
• You are confident at working in a dynamic & agile user centric digital environment (but not necessarily from an IT background),
• You have core consulting skills, lobbying and experience at delivering management consultancy projects.
• You can think strategically to shape and solve problems using a fact-based approach that drives out insight.
• You are able to apply relevant tools and techniques: such as strategic and/or detailed operating model design, customer journey mapping, process mapping, Lean techniques, business architecture, organization design, organization sizing, governance, role design or the development of business cases.
• You have excellent communication skills – both written and oral, to individuals and groups across seniority levels of an organization.
• Your strong entrepreneurial spirit and your commercial mindset will be valued in our projects and support our business development activities.
• You are fluent in Dutch or French, with practical knowledge of the other language. You are also fluent in English (corporate language).
