The product

Lime Go is a Data Enriched CRM system and a smart sales tool for small and medium-sized businesses. With a strong presence in Sweden, Norway & Denmark with over 1400 customers, our goal is now to be the obvious choice for companies across Europe.

Lime Go is already well-known for its modern, fresh look and powerful product features.

We are an ambitious team of 16 talented people specializing in sales, marketing, product development, engineering, and customer success. Currently, an internal support department is assisting Lime Go with necessary customer support functions. Now, we want to expand our support and operations team in Stockholm to handle operational functions within the Lime Go team.

You will be a central part in this transformation and how we work with existing customers to deliver exceptional customer support.

Skills & Requirements

What we’re looking for

  • A customer oriented doer who loves to optimize processes.
  • At least 2-3 years of working with customer interactions, either in technical support or sales roles
  • Thrives in a startup environment and is excited about the startup journey.
  • You deliver top-notch customer support and walk the extra mile.

Further details & requirements ****

  • Fluent in English and Swedish. Bonus if more languages aligned with our markets.
  • Based in Stockholm.
  • Reporting to our CEO (Max) and part of our Customer Success Team.

  1. First off, you’ll get on a screening call with our HR department.
  2. Then we'll have a shorter intro chat.
  3. Then, you’ll get a case assignment to show off your skills.
  4. After that, you will have a more in depth-interview with one or multiple people at Lime Go.
  5. Last but not least, you get to meet our Lime Group CEO (Nils).

2022Lime Go breaks loose and becomes a brand new business area within the Lime Group. 3 employees and a clear vision is set! This is only the beginning.. 6 months later and 11 people onboard. Larger deals, bigger customers and launching in Norway & Denmark.

2021The new interface is launched for all customers, leaving Knockout and facing the future in React/Redux in a modern & powerful suit.

2020The new UI released and the inflow at our support department was quiet as a bad joke on a stiff dinner party. Success!

2019Redesign project initiated. Lots of customer interviews, betas and bugs. ~30 thousand lines of code was about to happen in 1,5 years.

2013The first version of Lime Go is born.
