This is what you will do

As Production Controller, you will have the opportunity to develop and improve our production of food such as pancakes, flour and other grain based products in Sweden.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting activities of our production sites in Malmö, Bjuv, Laholm & Strängnäs. You will drive and coordinate the production controlling process, consistently seeking opportunities for enhancements.

Additionally, you will work with establishing and monitoring crucial KPIs, conducting cost and investment analyses, and constructing business cases. The role of Production Controller holds immense significance, as your financial insights and guidance are vital in guiding sound business decisions for our production sites.

Furthermore, you will actively participate in the site's production management team, reporting to the Malmö plant manager but with a close collaboration with the plant manager in Laholm/Bjuv and with other site functional leads and business controllers under the umbrella of Cerealia. You will have an important role in facilitating a deeper understanding of financial matters in the sites. This position entails extensive interaction with different stakeholders, spanning both the production site and our headquarters. Notably, you will play a pivotal role as a valued member of the production controlling team and a key contributor to our finance function.

This position is placed at our plant in Malmö, but as your main area of responsibility will be our production sites in Malmö, Bjuv, Laholm & Strängnäs, and it will require ability to be on site in Laholm and Bjuv on a regular basis.

Skills & Requirements

This is what you need to succeed

You have:

  • Several years of experience in finance, ideally in production controlling roles in the food industry or other manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably M3, for managing production-related financial data and reporting.
  • Expertise in Excel and BI systems to produce comprehensive financial reports and analyses.
  • Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English, enabling effective cross-team collaboration.

You are:

  • An excellent communicator and active listener, able to convey complex information to different stakeholders.
  • Skilled in fostering relationships and collaboration in diverse teams.
  • A strategic thinker with a keen ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
