Business Development Manager - Finland

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in sales and key account management in the Finnish IT industry. Part of the mission will be to take Agile Search to the next level of growth as well as move up in the value chain of services that we offer.

We are looking for someone with an outgoing personality, who has a good network at a Manager level in the Finnish IT/Tech scene, who would like to be part of an exciting journey to build the leading company in the Recruitment, Employer Branding and HR services for the Digital Industry in the Nordics.

We offer a creative environment, with a lot of drive, interesting projects, clients and some crazy fun with your co-workers, during and outside of business hours. We are looking for someone with proven experience and a curious open personality.

Skills & Requirements

To be considered, we are looking for someone with:

  • A strong track record of selling and building new Key Accounts in the IT/Tech scene in the recruitment, consulting or software services area;
  • A strong network at the Managerial level in the Digital Industry;
  • A drive and curiousity to develop new services and approaches to solve complex challenges;
  • Experience from long term planning, a growth mindset (for yourself and Agile Search);
  • An interest to make a mark and deliver best of breed solutions and services in Executive Search, Employer Branding and Talent Attraction and Retention.

We think that Finnish language skills is a strong plus for the position, but not necessarily a must. However, you must be fine to work in English and work in a multicultural environment as we have over 13 nationalities represented amongst our 20 employees.
