Who we’re looking for!
We are looking for a Business Controller to join our small but flexible controlling team. You will work closely with the CFO, Executive Management and other internal stakeholders, playing a pivotal role in driving financial insights through data analytics, and to ensure we deliver towards our growth ambitions.
The role is preferably located in Stockholm, Sandefjord or Oslo and will be reporting directly to the CFO.
What does the role look like?
- Supporting business area managers in financial control and follow-up
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Project follow-up with project managers
- Develop reports and KPIs
- Financial reporting, follow-up and analysis
- Responsible for maintaining Banqsoft BI tool, including developing dashboards and reporting solutions
Are we a great match?
To master the role of a Business Controller, we believe that you have:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a finance role, preferably as a Business Controller
- Very good knowledge of Excel
- Fluent English skills, both written and verbal
- A structured and systematic approach to your work
- Analytical and good attention to details
- Experience with MS PowerBI or other BI tools
It’s great if you have (but not a must!):
- Experience with Maconomy and FP&A tools
