HCM SuccessFactors Performance/Succession Consultant

Join Capgemini as an HCM SuccessFactors Performance/Succession Consultant and help businesses optimize their human capital management processes through end-to-end implementation of the Performance & Goals and Succession Management modules.

Core responsibilities

  • Preparation: gather requirements, advise on the solution possibilities, demonstrate SuccessFactors, present the overall solution during workshops with the client
  • Realization: guide the customer on its business challenges, design HR processes, configure the requirements and processes in SuccessFactors and execute testing together with the client.
  • Training: help the customer to understand the implemented solution, both from business and technical point of view, prepare training material.
  • Deploy: build a long-term sustainable relationship with the client

Requirements

  • A bachelor's or master's degree combined with SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and/or Succession Management (end-to-end) project experience.
  • A certificate of SAP SuccessFactors in Performance & Goals and/or Succession Management is a big plus
  • A collaborative spirit and customer-oriented attitude
  • Result-driven & focused on delivering quality
  • A native speaker of French or Dutch and professional working proficiency in English
