Gard is now recruiting a Senior Loss Prevention Executive for our Singapore office. The Gard global Loss Prevention team is responsible for providing service and support to clients and Members, including preparation of loss prevention material in the form of articles, presentations, and workshops. The team is also responsible for producing risk advice, trend analysis and internal technical advisories for our Underwriters and Claims staff. The position includes an element of travelling, mostly within Asia with occasional trips to head office in Norway.

Skills & Requirements
The successful candidate will have relevant experience in the maritime industry preferably with a Class 1 Master mariner or a marine engineer license. You will be service-minded and able to build good relationships with colleagues and clients, have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently. The position requires a strong command of the English languages, both written and spoken. The role involves conducting surveys, survey analysis, technical advisory, risk advice and delivery of our loss prevention programs to our Members and clients. The position will be based in Singapore and will report to the Head of Loss Prevention in Norway.
