Purpose of Role

Webshipper - part of the nShift family, is expanding and growing fast and we are therefore looking for a new colleague to join our team and assist our customers in the daily order flow.

One of our large focus areas is to be able to communicate with our customers on the same level as them, which is the easiest to do via phone. It is therefore important to be able to take initiative, and responsibility and not shy away from picking up the phone and calling a customer in need.

About you

  • We are looking for a profile with a high drive and the ability to take responsibility for any issue
  • You are very passionate about delivering the best customer experience possible and creating value through the solutions you provide
  • Furthermore, you are talented in communicating in English both written and verbally
  • Any other language skills are considered a plus

The area of responsibility includes:

  • You will be responsible for performing technical support and customer service to existing customers. Customer contact will be both via phone and email but with a focus on reaching out via phone
  • You will meet all types of questions from our customers as we are often placed in the center of an ecosystem with other platforms, carriers, and logistics integrations. Our customers and partners inquire about anything from the general use of our platform, to shipping details, to the more technical system setups
  • As part of the nShift family, you will not only be able to advance your career with just Webshipper - but also with other products available in nShift. nShift offers a variety of systems and you will therefore be skilled in multiple platforms and systems as your career advances

Required personality traits and skill set:

  • You are experienced with technical customer service or IT support

  • You are not afraid of words such as HTML, CSS perhaps also JSON, XML, EDI, or API

  • You love to jump into new systems and learn how to use them

  • All experience with e-commerce or logistics is an advantage

  • Finally, your personal traits include empathy, readiness to change, a positive mindset, and a sense of structure and detail

  • Keeping a cool overview of an issue is the key to our support
