One of our large focus areas is to be able to communicate with our customers on the same level as them, which is the easiest to do via phone. It is therefore important to be able to take initiative, and responsibility and not shy away from picking up the phone and calling a customer in need.

Required personality traits and skill set:
You are experienced with technical customer service or IT support
You are not afraid of words such as HTML, CSS perhaps also JSON, XML, EDI, or API
You love to jump into new systems and learn how to use them
All experience with e-commerce or logistics is an advantage
Finally, your personal traits include empathy, readiness to change, a positive mindset, and a sense of structure and detail
