Senior Telco Cloud Automation & Transformation Consultant

We are looking for a Solution Architect with proven experience in solutioning and architecting large transformation projects with Data Centers/Telco Networks and/or complex services in IT/TLC sector. Someone who can help us build and grow a new business area within our Telecom division. You should have strong propensity for innovation, be determined and result oriented, a good team player, be proactive and support business strategies. The position is located in Stockholm.

The role
You need to have deep technical competences and experience in working with:

  • Network architectures (Voice Core, Packet Core, Data Core, Access Core etc)
  • XaaS technologies (VMware, RedHat, etc.)
  • IP protocols and flow design (MPLS, VPN, BGP) and of IP Backbone (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers) & Cloud Services platform
  • HLD and LLD design of some components
  • TCI (ESXi, vSAN, vCenter, Cloud Director, vRealize Orchestrator, vRealize Operations Manager, vRealize Log Insight, vRealize Network Insight)
  • TCP (ESXi, vSAN, vCenter, NSX-T, VMware Telco Cloud Automation, VMware Tanzu Kubernetes)
  • TCA (CaaS Management, Infrastructure Automation, G-VNFM, NFVO)
  • Hardware/Physical: Datacenter infrastructure, racks, HP Hardware (C7000 enclosures, blades, SAN switches, 3Par, etc.), Dell, Cisco
  • Networking: HP FlexFabric switches, Dell switches, Cisco
  • Software: Operating systems, Dockers, Kubernetes, Openstack, OSS/BSS, Disaster Recovery, other Non-Functional Requirements (i.e., security, logging, etc.)
  • Software development of automation solutions, CI/CD & CT Pipeline (Jenkins & Gitlab CI/CD), IaaC (Ansible & Terraform), Testing (VNF or CNF Testing) and System Monitoring (Kibana & Grafana)
  • Experience with multi domain orchestrators and microservices (Kubernetes, Docker)
  • Linux, Git and open-source tools
  • Experience in development with Groovy & Bash scripting
  • Demonstrated experience with Scrum & Agile methodologies
  • Advanced level of English
  • ITIL or PMI Certification (nice to have)

Furthermore, you need a Master's Degree in Computer Science/Telecommunications or similar.
