The role is a part of our excellent Quality Compliance function, specifically the Quality Compliance team based in Skellefteå. By joining us, you will be a key player in ensuring Quality Compliance and contribute to building one of the first large-scale European battery factories.

Join our dynamic Quality Compliance team as a highly skilled and motivated Quality Compliance Engineer. Reporting to the Quality Compliance Manager, you'll assist in or lead audits, certify plants and products, and enforce policies for excellence. Your role involves aligning tests with regulations, training teams, and ensuring top-quality products. Area of responsibilities will also include collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions, integrating the conformity of production (COP) process, and contributing to environmental stewardship.

About You
As a Quality Compliance Engineer, you will possess valuable experience in quality compliance management, adeptly implementing and sustaining certification standards. Your understanding of quality and environmental compliance requirements, such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and conformity of production (COP) processes, will be instrumental. Your proficiency in compliance testing methodologies, audit practices, and documentation systems will ensure successful compliance efforts and continuous enhancement.
