In a nutshell

• At frog, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects within multidisciplinary teams, both from frog, Capgemini Invent and Capgemini, and receive support from experienced colleagues with extensive industry experience.
• You will become a part of an international creative consultancy and will have the chance to develop yourself in various directions.
• You will be part of our Graduate program, where, during the first year, you will get to experience a lot of exciting happenings both professionally and socially together with Capgemini Invent.

Who are you?

• You have a strong understanding of user-centered and planet-centric design and are skilled in conducting effective design processes.
• You are in your final year of studies, specializing in fields related to design, innovation and entrepreneurship, sustainability, sociology, marketing & strategy, creative technology etc.
• You have an exciting portfolio that showcases the projects you have worked on.
• You possess excellent communication skills and are proficient in English, and preferably also one of the Scandinavian languages.
• You can create an understanding of the needs and gain empathy for the people you design for.
• You have experience with relevant design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, whiteboards, paper sketches, and similar tools.

Your new workplace...

... in Oslo

In our Oslo studio, we currently have 60 employees representing several nationalities. We cover the entire spectrum of the design field and solve problems for a wide range of clients, from start-ups to public organizations. We often collaborate with both the business and technology sides of Capgemini, which gives us the expertise and resources to tackle significant and complex challenges.

... in Stavanger

The Stavanger studio currently consists of 25 multicultural and talented designers who create digital services for well-known international brands. We work on local, national, and international projects. Our studio is located in newly renovated, bright, and inviting premises equipped with modern equipment and excellent facilities.

... in Bergen

In Bergen, we are a team of 16 designers who are passionate about creating work with social significance, shaping systems from the inside out and bringing insight to innovation by turning the outside in. We work on meaningful projects for both local, national, and international customers. Our studio is in fantastic new premises right in the city center.

Your new colleagues
