We are looking for an experienced Program Manager for Digitalization projects in Quality to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our excellent Quality Team based in Skelleftea. By joining us, you will be a key player in steering and monitoring cross-functional digitalization, IT and other projects and contribute to building one of the first large scale European battery factories.

About the job

The Program Manager Digitalization is part of the Quality team and is responsible for ensuring consistency and execution by steering and monitoring cross-functional digitalization and IT projects and major tasks for the Quality organization.

About the team
You will be joining the Quality Control organization of Northvolt Ett based in Skelleftea.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Set up, implement, monitor and report program activities that adhere to organizational objectives
  • Facilitate cross functional core meetings to achieve different program goals simultaneously
  • Oversee multiple project teams across organizational disciplines to secure delivery
  • Manage risk and change management within respective scopes
  • Facilitate improvement activities and initiatives
  • Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, assigned project managers as well as all respective stakeholders to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, working plan and timing for all the upcoming deliverables
  • Identify and prioritize key requirements needed from cross-functional perspectives
  • Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks and produce program reports & dashboards for management and stakeholders
  • any other duties and responsibilities required to deliver on company objective

Skills & Requirements

We believe that you have :

  • A university degree, preferably in Engineering or Business
  • Relevant working experience either in Project Management, Digitalization, Engineering or Operations
  • Has experience in working in a multicultural environment (e.g. working in international teams, international projects etc)
  • Knowledgeable in statistics, statistical software, software product development and data analysis
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience within high volume assembly/production
  • Fluent in technical English, written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail

Bonus points for:

  • PMI certification is a plus
  • Fluency in other languages (Japanese, Swedish, Chinese, French)
