We’re looking for an experienced and driven Senior Executive Recruiter to support Northvolt's hypergrowth.

The role:
This role is not like any Talent Acquisition role, it is challenging, but very rewarding, demanding but very much developing. Your role is to guide our Managment in making good and sustainable hiring decisions on C-suite and senior management professionals who can lead our company forward.
The team:
Since Northvolt is still growing at the speed of light, Talent Acquisition is not like anywhere else. It is a core function and everyday our 30 heros make the impossible happen. Together with a team of highly skilled recruiters you will solve recruitments in several areas. The team is devided into two subteams and we work very closely with other service teams like Onboarding, Employer Branding, Relocation, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
- Execute on hiring plans, drive all end-to-end recruitment efforts during start-up phase, and partner closely with hiring managers
- Develop sourcing and recruitment strategy to find attractive candidates for a wide range of roles through a variety of channels

Contribute to the continuous development of the Talent Acquisition function
This role is an on-site role, preferably in Skellefteå or Stockholm with frequent travels to Skellefteå.

Skills & Requirements
Education/Experiences:
- You have a university degree in HR, economics, psychology or similar
- At least 10 years of experience in talent acquisition

Proven track record in building a relationship with senior business stakeholders

Proven track record in ensuring diversity perspective in the full recruitment process

English and Swedish skills, both verbal and written
Bonus points for:
- Experience from start-up/scale up is preferred, in a global market
- Experience from both external & inhouse recruitment
