We are seeking a Reward & Global Mobility Manager to lead our compensation and benefits programs for our global workforce at Zimpler. This strategic role involves designing competitive rewards, managing international assignments, and ensuring seamless transitions for our employees as they work across various locations.
Placement: Stockholm or Gothenburg
What you’ll do:
Design, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure alignment of compensation strategies with business goals and industry standards.
Conduct regular market research to maintain competitive compensation packages.
Monitor trends and adjust rewards programs to attract and retain top talent.
Manage the end-to-end process of international assignments, ensuring smooth transitions.
Advise on immigration, tax compliance, and legal aspects for globally mobile employees.
Provide guidance on relocation services, from housing to cultural adaptation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure global employment law compliance.
Collaborate with HR, finance, legal, and tax teams on compliance matters.
Track and report on program effectiveness and key performance indicators.
Address employee inquiries regarding compensation and global mobility.
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field. Advanced degree or HR-specific qualification is a plus.
Proven experience in progressive HR roles, with a focus on compensation and benefits.
Prior experience in HR management, compensation analysis, or mobility management.
International HR or global mobility management experience preferred.
Expertise in compensation and benefits strategies, including benchmarking and incentives.
Familiarity with international employment regulations, immigration laws, and tax considerations.
Proficiency in data analysis tools to assess compensation trends.
Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to various stakeholders.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
