As a People Partner with a strong focus on learning and development, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing a culture of continuous growth within Zimpler. You'll collaborate across the organization to design, implement, and manage learning initiatives, aligning our people strategies with our business goals.

What you’ll do:
Provide support and guidance to leaders and employees on people-related matters.
Collaborate with People and business leaders to identify learning needs across departments and levels.
Conducting thorough training needs assessments to pinpoint skill gaps and improvement areas.
Develop comprehensive learning plans, supporting individual career growth and organisational success.
Design and deliver impactful training programs using varied formats.
Contribute to People-related projects and culture-building initiatives.
Coach leaders and employees on learning and development opportunities.
Manage external training vendors and resources when necessary.
Measure training effectiveness through data-driven methods.
Foster a learning culture, promoting continuous development and knowledge sharing.
Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative approaches.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning materials.
Assist in employee career development and succession planning.
Maintain accurate training records and attendance metrics.
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Education, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Proven experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR Business Partnering, or similar roles.
Strong grasp of adult learning principles and instructional design methods.
Excellent knowledge of labor law and regulations.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management, handling multiple initiatives concurrently.
Analytical mindset, using data to drive decisions and measure training efficacy.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
Genuine passion for learning and a commitment to fostering continuous development.
