Digital Marketing Manager

In this role, you’ll report directly to the Head of Marketing and play a pivotal part in our marketing strategy at Planhat. This is an excellent opportunity to join an experienced and global team in an expansive phase.


  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, content creation, and email and social media advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build, and maintain Planhat’s social media presence.
  • Report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and measure against goals, like KPIs and ROI.
  • Own experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience on our website.
  • Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Work with the global marketing team to create a cohesive growth strategy, including community channels, content creation, digital ads, social media, partnerships, and more.

Compensation for this role ranges between $80,000-$100,000. Ask the Hiring Manager for more information.

Skills & Requirements

Who we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of relevant digital marketing experience (B2B) in a global/multi-regional company
  • Proven digital marketing skills & understanding of platforms, channels, digital media landscape, and new technology concepts
  • Content creation expertise—strong prose and creative prowess
  • Data-driven marketer with strong analytical skills, a curious mind, and experience interpreting, analyzing, and actioning digital marketing metrics
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to build plans and optimize to achieve targets
  • Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Hubspot required
  • Campaign execution within demand gen platforms (Linkedin, Meta, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Confidently present and communicate strategic plans, initiatives, and results to senior stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce/marketing
