We are looking for a experienced finance professional to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our excellent and passionate Finance team based in Skellefteå. By joining us, you will be a key player in our local finance team up at Northvolt Ett.
As Senior Manager Accounting you will be a critical member of the finance team, and you will bring structure to a start-up environment.
Your tasks is to build up the accounting function as a part of the finance team in Skellefteå taking the responsibility for accounting, reporting and building and developing the accounting team.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Lead and develop a team of specialists to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Drive and develop the monthly closing procedures and reporting process.

Streamline and improve accounting systems and operations

Together with the team sense check monthly and quarterly results.

We believe that you have :
- A Relevant University Degree
- +10 years working experience and some leadership experience.
- Excellent English written and oral skills.
Bonus points for:
- Experience and interest in manufacturing industry
- Fluency in other languages (Swedish)
