We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Warranty Manager to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future.

The role is a part of our excellent Quality Compliance team based in Skellefteå. Reporting to the Director of Quality Compliance, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the warranty processes, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement. Your expertise in warranty management, data analysis, and quality assurance will contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality products and exceeding customer expectations.

About The Job

As the Warranty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end warranty process, from receipt of warranty claims to resolution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance, to investigate and analyse warranty claims, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. By utilizing data analysis and quality tools, you will identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in product quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To :

  • Manage and optimize the warranty process, ensuring timely and accurate handling of warranty claims and efficient resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and analyse warranty claims, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Conduct data analysis and utilize quality tools to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in product quality and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting systems to track warranty claims, resolutions, and associated costs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reliability, and warranty performance.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to address warranty-related issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with warranty-related regulations and customer requirements.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on warranty performance and improvement initiatives to the Director of Quality Compliance and senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in warranty management, incorporating relevant advancements into our processes.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in warranty management, data analysis, and quality assurance. You have a passion for driving continuous improvement in product quality and reliability. Your attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills enable you to investigate warranty issues, identify trends, and implement effective corrective actions. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Your ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities ensures timely resolution of warranty claims.

Skills & Requirements

We Believe That You Have :

  • ****A relevant academic degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Extensive experience in warranty management, preferably as a leader in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of warranty processes, data testing, and quality tools.
  • Experience in investigating warranty claims, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with warranty-related regulations and customer requirements.
  • Proficiency in utilizing data testing tools and software.
  • Knowledge of lean philosophy and continuous improvement methodologies.
