MICE Active Sales Manager
Your responsibilities
- strategic active customer acquisition and support within a defined MICE customers portfolio on the Polish market
- using of distinct talent for customer management and retention to increase sales for the MICE segment for currently two polish hotels (Scandic Gdańsk and Scandic Wrocław)
- drafting and negotiation of framework agreements
- focus on MICE inquiries acquisition and support in conversion in coordination with the Convention Sales departments and the Reservations departments
- planning and implementation of sales activities and sales trips
- active market and competition monitoring
- maintenance and updating of all customer-relevant data in the CRM
- working in our national sales team and reporting directly to the Director of Sales Poland
- acting as brand ambassador for Scandic at all appointments and sales calls

Skills & Requirements
Our requirements
- professional experience in MICE segment - account management and active sale
- extensive knowledge of MICE specifics and contacts on the polish market (MICE agencies, training companies, etc.)
- business oriented way of thinking
- result- and turnover-oriented without losing creativity and freshness
- strong communication skills
- business fluent English and Polish in spoken and written
- secure knowledge of all MS Office applications
- high level of commitment and independent work
- professional appearance
- openness for business travels and mobility without restrictions
