We are looking for a dedicated/experienced/driven Project Coordinator to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our excellent/bold/passionate Facilities & Utilities team based in Skellefteå. By joining us, you will be a key player in establishing/ramping up our huge Giga factory and contribute to building one of the first large scale European battery factories.
About the job
To coordinate multiple projeckts and ongo'ng activities within the facilities & Utilities departmen. Also collect data and visualize for management and other stakeholders
About the team
We are 75 team members in 6 different dub departments and we are growing fast so a big part of the scope will be coordination between departments and keeping it all together
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
-
An ability to prepare and interpret schedules and step-by-step action plans
-
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
-
Strong stakeholder and teamwork skills
-
Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control

Strong working knowledge of for instance CMMS, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, Power BI
