As UI & motion design lead you will be an integral part of a much bigger creative team. Working directly with UX specialists, creatives, project managers and developers, both from the agency and the client. You will work in a dedicated team on the brand experience for Polestar. In close partnership with key stakeholders you will contribute to key launches and critical improvements of their brand experience. Polestar is a progressive and luxury design brand, we’re looking for designers who have experience with luxury product brands and bring a portfolio that demonstrates high-end style & aesthetic. As a lead designer you will set the example through stand-out design craft, motion design and interactive thinking, and inspire other team members to achieve the same.

What you’ll do
Create on brand experiences for our client, Polestar, crafting consistent UI and applying motion design
Facilitating feedback sessions with other designers and stakeholders
Ensuring a better understanding and consideration of brand guidelines with our product teams
Using storytelling to convey complex topics in a coherent way
Introducing new technologies and tooling to improve team work flow
Working in early stages / discovery phases as a conceptual thinker
Work directly with our stakeholders to evolve their brand how it is conveyed with in their digital products
Ideating and concepting new product features and UI patterns
Innovation work - from early concept to execution
What we need
An exciting portfolio that includes examples of digital products and motion projects , showing you’re exceptional at crafting experiences and have a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
Previous experience working for a digital design agency or design consultancy.
Extensive experience working with Design Systems and design governance/process.
The ability to convey your ideas using motion and prototyping tools.
Thought leadership: A strong point of view; ability to contribute to the strategic development of an assignment; creative ideas and the ability to promote conceptual thinking among the team.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
A strong ability and experience in leading, directing and managing a group of cross-disciplinary teams.
A positive, can-do attitude and a sociable personality, we like nice people!
