We are looking for a student worker to strengthen our great team in Berlin working in the Central Western Europe (CWE) region which also includes our office in The Hague, Netherlands, and the hub covers Germany and Benelux. The CWE team consists of 18+ consultants with a strong track record.
As a working student, you will be able to put theory into practice while continuing your studies. You will be an active member of our consulting team, gaining valuable experience for your future career as well as insights into your studies. You will also be able to network within the global Business Sweden organisation, laying the ground for a future career at Business Sweden, in Berlin or elsewhere.
We deliver advisory and consultancy services related to commercial excellence and revenue growth across various industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, transport and energy. Our clients’ business is often driven by digitalization, innovation and sustainability. Our consultancy scope includes e.g. market entry and growth strategy, M&A, investor roadshows, public affairs, supply chain, sales channel set-up and partner acquisition.
What do we expect from you?
To help us further grow, we are currently looking to expand the team with a driven working student, based in Berlin (remote or hybrid from Germany is possible). You are interested in a fast-paced environment, a steep learning curve and to work in a dedicated team supporting Swedish clients in their growth journey in CWE, as well as the rest of Europe and globally.
If you have professional experience from the CWE region, specifically Germany, and/or working experience, such as internships, from a consulting or business development role, it is a plus. You will be working in project teams collecting, analyzing and preparing information and insights to our clients, which you mostly get from interactions with external stakeholders on the market. Additionally, you will support the management team in creating presentations and ad-hoc analysis.
You will contribute in supporting senior colleagues in sales dialogues, insight driven development of new business opportunities, as well as prospecting and together with the team, develop customer value propositions. We have a strong and dedicated team, and we set the bar high for applicants’ aptitude in analyzing market drivers as well as interacting with senior corporate leaders.

Skills & Requirements
- You are enrolled in an academic program, either a Bachelor of Science or preferably a Master of Science in Engineering and/or Business Administration from a well-regarded school
- Previous relevant working experience such as internships, preferably from a renowned management consultant or global industrial firm, is meriting
- You have experience from an international context from studying and/or working
- You are result-oriented, analytical and with a strong drive and an ability to handle new challenges
- You have strong social and team-working skills and cultural adaptiveness
- Language requirements
- A high level of proficiency in both written and spoken English and German is a requirement
- Swedish language skills are meriting
