🔥🔍 We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated People Operations to join our global People & Culture Team in Portugal.

You will have the opportunity to take ownership of various People & Culture tasks locally and contribute to the overall success of our organization at a global level.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the complete administrative life cycle of employees, from onboarding to departure.
• Be the expert on employee / labour relations topics ensuring compliance with local regulations
• Guarantee the Implementation of local policies and procedures.
• Act as a trusted advisor to employees on questions related to employee life-cycle events (health insurance, pension plan, payroll, holidays, leaves, etc.),
• Supporting HR systems, employee data, and general employee life-cycle events.
• Perform specific analyses and reporting on People KPI's (headcount, turnover, etc.)
• Coordinate the External HR provider/s and monitor the related activities and documentation.
• Coordination of the monthly payroll process with the external payroll provider in coordination with the Finance department.
• Execute compensation and benefits
• Collaborate in international People & Culture initiatives.

To be succesful in this role, you must have:

• +2 years of experience as a HR Generalist / HR Operations in Portugal.
• Bs degree in Labour relations or law degree.
• Background dealing with different collective agreements.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Working level of Excel (Macros).
• C1 English level.
• C1 Portuguese level.
• This position requires to be currently residing in Porto, Portugal with a valid working permit and have availability to come to our offices in Maia 2 days per week.

It would be great if you also have:

• Knowledge of data analytics.
• Knowledge of BambooHR.
• Spanish skills.
