Purpose of the role:

• As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects from start to finish. From the moment a project enters the company until its delivery to customers, you will be responsible for overseeing all the necessary processes and managing every aspect of the project.
• Your primary focus will be on meeting project deadlines, maintaining high quality standards, and effectively managing each deliverable. You will take charge of organizing and facilitating key project ceremonies, leveraging agile methodologies such as SCRUM, KANBAN, and others that are adopted for the specific project. By collaborating closely with the development team, you will ensure alignment, clear communication, and smooth coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
• Acting as a facilitator, you will foster effective collaboration between the development team, clients, and stakeholders. Your expertise in project management will enable you to guide and support the team in delivering their best work while keeping everyone on track and motivated. By organizing deliveries and monitoring progress, you will ensure that project objectives are met and that all stakeholders are satisfied with the outcomes.
• In this senior role, you will bring extensive experience and knowledge in project management methodologies. You will work closely with your leader and engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations. With your strong leadership skills, you will guide the team through challenges, resolve conflicts, and drive the project towards success.
• As a Senior Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in project planning, risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement. To be succesful in this role, you must have:

• Extensive experience (4+ years) in leading projects using Agile methodologies, including SCRUM, KANBAN, and PMI frameworks.
• Proficiency in utilizing project management tools such as Jira and Miro to facilitate efficient project planning, tracking, and communication.
• Demonstrated expertise in effectively leading teams and resolving conflicts to ensure project success.

• Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.

• This position requires to be currently residing in Spain or Portugal with a valid working permit.
