TV Customer Success Manager

Job Description

🌟📺 We are seeking a talented and experienced TV Customer Success Manager to join our team and manage the relationship with our TV operator client.

You will be responsible will be responsible for ensuring the client's satisfaction with our services and products and ensuring the projects execution E2E.

📍 Location : Anywhere in Italy , with availability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

To be succesful in this role, you must have:

• 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management with Telco Operators in the TV industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Deep Project management experience and skills.
• Technical understanding of TV platform and streaming services.
• Experience with Video products and TV streaming services.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

• English C1

• This position requires to be currently residing in Italy with a valid working permit and have availability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
