We are looking for you to join our Software Engineering team to develop breakthrough products and platforms using leading software technologies! Implement embedded software in physical products (e.g. ECUs for autonomous driving), design the lifecycle of customer-facing.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WITH US:
- Managing single software projects as a Delivery Executive for Automotive Accounts while overseeing a software project portfolio within the account.
- Acting as Delivery Executive for business-critical software projects, managing risks, and building strong client relationships (multi-client management) by allocating delivery capabilities and escalating issues to find solutions.
- Reporting directly to the Head of Growth Platform to ensure overall delivery profitability and productivity of the assigned software project portfolio.
- Taking responsibility for stakeholder management and communication on the client side and expanding Capgemini's client footprint by identifying and anticipating business opportunities.
- Ensuring core delivery processes, including delivery risk management, quality assurance, certified delivery staff, and monthly reporting.
YOU CONVINCE US WITH:
- A successfully completed university degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or another related field.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in delivering software projects in the automotive software sector.
- Significant experience in Global Project Management, leveraging the benefits of best cost countries and off-/nearshore locations.
- Robust Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) knowledge and experience working with automotive OEMs and/or tier 1 automotive suppliers.
- Proficiency in German and English is mandatory.
