Sword Services Greece is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Greece. The successful candidate will work in a multinational environment, supporting our European Public & Private clients. What you will do...
- Incident Management (e.g., incident handling, troubleshooting, workaround, reporting, escalation, etc.);
- Request Management (e.g., low effort installations – within the day, etc.)
- Change Management (e.g., upgrades, updates, patches, etc.);
- Problem Management (e.g., identifying and managing the causes of incidents);
- Continuous Improvement Management (e.g., proposed of new enhancements, following technology roadmap, etc.);
- Knowledge Management;
- Configuration Management (e.g., automation procedures, optimization methodologies, infra as a code, etc.).
What is your experience...
- A proven record of more than 5 years working experience on administration of IT System Infrastructure with a mixed of Windows/Linux and Virtual/Cloud environment;
- Excellent experience in development, systems’ implementation and applications;
- Previous experience managing Technical Teams;
- Able to manage and coordinate remote dispersed teams.
- Good Knowledge of OS (Windows, LINUX, AIX, Virtualized environments & Kubernetes);
- Knowledge of cloud system technologies as Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS will be considered as a plus;
- Experience with systems planning, security principles, and general software management best practices;
- Experience in ticketing systems (e.g., Jira);
- Networking (Cisco, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Paloalto, F5, Citrix...);
- Server systems (IBM, HP, DELL, Cisco);
- Current CCNA/CCNP level certification and relevant certifications from the network vendors listed above;
- OS (Windows, Linux);
- Understanding of VMware;
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
