Job Description

SOGETI is looking for a Senior Developer ServiceNow to join our company.

Your challenge

  • Work on site (Luxembourg) under responsibility of an internal team leader;
  • ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert with good knowledge on ServiceNow instance with domains separation (ServiceNow MSP Instance);
  • Integrate Servicenow DEV team and guide ServiceNow Developers;
  • Define and coordinate changes implementation activities with ServiceNow DEV team;
  • Develop customized solutions on internal ServiceNow MSP instance accordingly to domains separation limitations & best practices;
  • Develop customized solutions on ServiceNow customers’ dedicated instances
  • Identify the customers business needs and challenges defining uses cases & user stories;
  • Promote & lead actively the DEV best practices in the DEV team;
  • Implement API integrations;
  • Organize MTP activities;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues, including performance bottlenecks, integration failures, and system outages;
  • Monitor & maintain ServiceNow MSP platform with domains separation and ITSM/ITSM Pro features;
  • Organize & manage ServiceNow MSP instance upgrades;
  • Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices to recommend improvements and optimize system performance;
  • Improvement of ServiceNow MSP solutions delivery (new modules implementation).
Skills & Requirements

Your hard skills

  • 3 years experienced with ServiceNow implementation minimum;
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Platform (ServiceNow SME);
  • Experienced with ServiceNow domains separation (MSP/shared Instance);
  • Experienced with ServiceNow ITSM/ITSM Pro processes and features;
  • Experienced with ServiceNow CSDM (Common Service Data Model);
  • Experienced with Change Management and Release Management activities;
  • Ability to organize and manage workshops in complex environments with multiple teams;
  • Prepare demos & present solution models;
  • ServiceNow certifications:
    • CSA required
    • CIS ITSM required
    • Data domains separation certification is an asset
    • Flow Designer Micro certification is an asset
  • ITIL certified;
  • Agile approach.

3+ years IT university degree or equivalent; and at least 5 years of professional experience; or any equivalent combination of training, education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
