We are looking for a driven Project Coordinator to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our passionate construction team based in Germany. By joining us, you will be a key player in establishing Northvolt Drei and contribute to building one of the first large-scale European battery factories.
About the job
In this role you will help us manage the various projects and tasks we . In your daily work you will have the chance to work with many contributing functions - internal and external.
About the team
You will be part of the Northvolt project team of about 40 employees that will have the overall responsibility of this mega project based in Heide Germany.
About the work environment
The office is currently located in Hamburg with an outreach to Heide, Schleswig-Holstein where the giga-factory will be built. Please don’t apply if you are not willing to move to site.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Administer tools and processes to meet Northvolt requirements and support with continuous improvement of our ways of working
- Provide support to the project teams and our contractors
- Coordinate project activities with various internal and external parties to manage documentation on Northvolt projects
- Coordinate other project activities required to meet business needs such as reporting requirements

Skills & Requirements
We believe that you have:
- Fluency in English
- Valuable (but not required) fluency in other languages, including German
- Bachelor degree in a related discipline
- Qualification/certification in project or program management
- 5-10 years of project experience
- Experience in project management
- Computer literacy (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project)
Bonus points for:
- Experience and interest in manufacturing industry
- Fluency in German
- Experience from a multi-cultural environment
