As we embark on a new phase of growth, we are looking for a talented Test Manager to join the team!
As a Test Manager, you will oversee the change landscape and ensure the delivery of high-quality software. You will provide guidance to international delivery teams located in Sittard and Stockholm, advising them on test strategies, test automation, and test procedures.
You will join the Change Enablement department, whose primary task is to deliver change in the most effective way possible. We utilize the SAFe Framework to drive change. In this role, you will assist development teams in elevating their testing capabilities by introducing testing methodologies and techniques. You will establish standardized testing approaches and ensure proper documentation of test evidence. Additionally, you will explore opportunities to automate our test management processes, maximizing efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing testing efforts within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment, ensuring adherence to established test processes and best practices.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and business stakeholders, to understand project requirements and define comprehensive test strategies and plans.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to establish and maintain test environments, including cloud infrastructure and on-premise systems.
- Staying updated on industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies, tools, and technologies, and recommending their adoption to enhance testing capabilities.
Kvalifikationer
We look beyond your resume, but here is a starting point:
- A bachelor’s degree in information technology, software engineering, information systems, computer science or a related field
- At least 5 years’ experience in quality assurance or software testing (including experience in leading test teams and/or managing testing projects)
- Certifications: e.g., International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB), Certified Tester, Certified Software Quality Engineer (from the American Society for Quality, ASQ)
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, programming languages and testing tools and technologies
- Previous experience within test planning, design, and management
- You possess strong leadership and management skills, along with effective communication abilities, including the capacity to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with project management / SAFe change framework
