Strategic Project Manager

As a Strategic Project Manager, you will report to the Head of Strategic Projects and work closely with the Operations team to drive growth and synergies across our 23 game studios worldwide. Your responsibilities will include guiding projects from strategic analysis to implementation, where you will need to quickly learn about new topics such as artificial intelligence, game mechanics, and game technology. As part of your daily work, you will collaborate with studios as well as senior executives at Stillfront Group.

YOUR MISSION

  • Drive growth and synergy initiatives by building capabilities for our 23 studios worldwide

  • Develop leading-edge practices and thought leadership across a range of topics, including business models, products, marketing, and technology

  • Enable strategic decisions through insights and analysis, drawing from market development and trends as well as internal analytics

  • Coordinate the building of group capabilities for studios to leverage in their continued growth journeys

  • Work closely within the Group Business Operations team with the Head of Strategic Projects, the COO and the SVPs responsible for studios

  • Collaborate with Stillfront’s international network of studios, led by driven entrepreneurs with teams of gaming professionals

  • Develop partnerships with vendors in the technology and gaming industry

YOUR BACKSTORY

  • Experience of 1-3 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, a management trainee role, project management, or banking

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, able to break down complex issues and produce insights

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with multiple stakeholders and build productive relationships

  • Ability to work effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Experience in planning projects and coordinating workstreams

  • Demonstrated experience in creating presentations in PowerPoint and analyses in Excel

  • Fluency in English, Swedish is a plus

  • Interest in gaming, technology, and AI. Work experience in the fields is a plus
