We are looking for a skilled experienced senior backend developer that can produce stable, scalable and performant code based solutions. We are building a HR Data Analytics app – we’re looking for a person that can help us build the right features the right way, scale the app and make sure it loads fast.
For Seniors in Simployer we expect you to:
- To take ownership of the features you develop, build, test, and deploy.
- Work closely with the business (providing ideas, proposing solutions, concepts, “figuring out missing puzzles”).
- Be eager to deep-dive into the overall software landscape in Simployer (big picture architecture).
- Become a natural mentor for other colleagues, to help them improve their skills, so the whole team grows in their capabilities.

Skills & Requirements
Skills and experience we look for :
- 5+ years as Backend developer preferably in the Data engineering / Analytics space
- .NET, Azure, SQL, DWH / Data architecture
- Performance and scalability
- Understanding of the data visualisation and usage

- Curious and eager to learn about our product

- Fluent in English
Nice to have:
- Familiar with Atlassian tools: JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence
- CI/CD experience (Azure DevOps)
- DevOps experience (Terraform)
Our company is based in Gdańsk Nowomiejska 3. This role can be done remotely but Simployer is a real crew! We would love to meet you in person! We expect you to visit our office on a flexible basis.
