Join Capgemini as an IFS Senior Business Analyst and join our IFS skill center , newly started team in Belgium. Our aspiration is to be the key trusted advisor accompanying our clients on their transformation journey to a more successful, sustainable, and innovative future, bringing in-depth business and technology as well as transformation expertise.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you play a leading role in complex client projects at the intersection of business and digital.

Your core responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between business and IT
• Act as Subject Matter Expert within your area of expertise
• Be part of developing, implementing, and improving business processes
• Design and implement technology solutions enabling business to take advantage of our customers current and emerging opportunities
• Be part of an Agile Delivery team and act as the Product Owners extended arm
• Be responsible for understanding business requirements and customer needs and translating these to user stories
• Support our sales organization in shaping and advising on new deals
• Bring experience from working in early stages to prepare and initiate implementation of business opportunities
• Identify opportunities with existing and new customers, support with your industry know-how and assessment of market trends in the preparation and execution
• Contribute with domain experience with focus on ERP, FSM, EAM and ESM

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, focus on results, strategic thinking
• Deep and broad BPMN practice to elicit, optimise process
• Experience in Requirements elicitation and analysis
• High ability to abstract and visualise, to present and explain complex issues in a simple way
• Data Capture and data analytics
• Detailed understanding of Systems Lifecycles and design
• Process and platform experience in one or more of the following: ERP, FSM, EAM and ESM
• Experience with Microsoft & SAP is a plus
• Certifications: Business Analyst, Agile Process Management, IFS platform
• Experience of implementing larger transformation programs (IT projects) within a consultancy environment
• Business acumen, identification of opportunities, potential for optimisation Lead business stream
• A bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science
• Driven by new technologies, innovation and change
• Committed, pragmatic, self-driven, enthusiastic, and a go-getter
• Belgium resident - native speaker of French or Dutch and professional working proficiency in English with excellent communication skills
