We want a new IT Service Manager Cloud & Operations to check in with us in Stockholm, Sweden!
As our IT Service Manager Cloud & Operations, you will be a part of our Support & Infrastructure team and have the overall technical responsibility for our cloud and on-prem infrastructure and operations. This position includes being responsible for all the technical functionality, and we expect you to be creating roadmaps, manage our vendors and stay up to date with the latest technology trends. You will also support in increasing knowledge level internally and be an important player in the collaborations between our technical functions. You will work closely with our System Specialists as well as our Architecture & Integration team to utilize the solutions in the best possible way.

Main activities and responsibilities:
Assist Service Desk with support process, documentation and vendor escalations
Work with Problem Management process, analyzing trends to mitigate incidents
Assure Processes for Change & Release are followed
Execute configuration changes when applicable
Budget and forecast process within cloud systems and services
Skills & Background:
Proven track record of IT/technical service management/product management within cloud infrastructure
Great experience within Microsoft Azure and its functions
Ability to understand the needs from a business perspective, analyzing and understanding trends within the service areas and transforming technical ↔ functional requirements in an understandable way
Technical experience within Microsoft 365
Experience in providing service and solutions to larger organizations
Ability to communicate technical information in a clear, non-technical manner
Good documentation skills
Proficiency in Swedish and English
