About the opportunity:
We believe you will succeed in this position if you have experience with complex strategy processes, end to end, from the tech industry. We are in a transition from being a mainly direct-to-consumer company to a multi-channel company, entering new markets in ever changing environments. In this, Markable is still scaling and has ambitious goals and exciting opportunities ahead. Leading the Corporate strategy team, you will have an integral impact on our strategies from beginning to end; defining the need of market insights, analyzing the data, providing strategic scenarios and recommendations, assessing risks and opportunities and evaluating results.

As a senior leader , you will be strong at stakeholder management and work in a matrixed environment. With standout communication skills, you will be confident at presenting and challenging at executive level and able to keep leaders regularly updated, flexing style and approach where needed. With an ability to drive change and build long term relationships, you can create positive business impact.
Strong examples of cross functional collaboration is required and being able to influence teams that do not report directly to you through an inclusive and engaging leadership style. An ability to work with multiple stakeholders at all levels, you can build a strong internal and external network of personal relationships to identify issues and opportunities and provide positive, best-in-class perspectives to others.
With a proven track record in running complex strategy projects , you are able to stay calm under pressure and deliver results. Throughout your career, there will be strong examples of creating, articulating and implementing strategies. You will have a validated ability to identify key strategic decisions, provide recommendations and review strategies/goals.
With experience from similar roles, you have established a way of working in a high paced environment. You have developed methods to be effective and able to find efficient ways of creating scenario analysis while bringing in several sources of insights, while managing multiple ongoing projects in several markets.
You thrive in a scale-up environment, where you will contribute to innovative thinking being, proactive and comfortable taking calculated risks to drive our strategic initiatives forward.
