The Enterprise Solutions team is part of the Cloud Engineering & Operations function. The team delivers a unified & quality end-user experience for Basware employees and external contractors in all Basware locations so that they can be efficient and collaborative in their daily work.
We maintain, develop, support, operate, and secure internal services such as infrastructure services, collaboration services, productivity services, and client endpoint services with selected strategic partners.
Senior Solution Specialist
As a Senior Solution Specialist, you will be providing support to Basware employees globally and handling the Business and Enterprise Solutions operational tasks assigned to you and to the team. You will be taking ownership of your assigned tasks & responsibilities and ensuring the smooth functioning of Digital support and operations.
You may be a member of virtual teams with Solution Managers in the Enterprise Solutions team.
Skills & Requirements
Who are we looking for?
We expect you to have prior hands-on experience with corporate network concepts (network components and services, network routing, DNS/DHCP, firewalls, LAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, MPLS, and VPN). Coordinating network-related changes between vendors and businesses. Managing Active Directory Domain and related services
Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems and client management. Microsoft 365 (M365) services, PowerShell scripting, server administration. Experience in providing hardware & software support.
Access rights management (provide different access rights as per requirement) e.g., Access card configuration, File/Printer rights, etc. Vendor collaboration – incident management, escalations, change requests. Maintain best practices for managing systems and services across all environments. You have experience working in shifts and in multinational companies. Familiarity with cloud computing services (e.g. Azure and AWS) would be an added advantage. Linux and MacBook knowledge would be an added advantage.
