We are looking for new colleagues to join our Corporate & Capital Markets team in Helsinki.

We are now looking for lawyers with 2-4 years of work experience who are motivated to develop within the fields of corporate law, public M&A and capital markets.

Roschier’s public transactions team is a group of highly experienced and motivated problem-solvers specializing in the areas of public M&A, equity capital markets, and corporate advisory. The work is typically large-scale and complex, and much of it is cross-border. Our lawyers combine a high degree of specialization with a strong commercial understanding and a focus on providing added value to our clients.

We are now looking for talented individuals who

• have a law degree and 2-4 years of work experience related to public M&A, equity capital markets transactions and corporate advisory matters
• share our values and commitment to a customer-driven approach in everything we do
• enjoy inspiring teamwork in a business that extends across teams and borders
• have a genuine interest in corporate and capital markets work and professional development in these fields
• have excellent oral and written communication skills: proficiency in Finnish and English
• Swedish proficiency and other language skills are plus but not a must to succeed
