We are looking for an Information Security Specialist - based in Stockholm/Sweden - to join our IT Hub to support group management, legal team, game studios and strategic projects to identify, quantify, surface, and reduce information security risk to the group.
The IT Hub is a distributed team by design, operating with Open Source principles to empower the team and studios to contribute equally. Beyond the core team, the team collaborates on a weekly basis with the 23 studios in the portfolio to develop and refine technology strategies to help the business to meet its goals. Thus, the IT Hub is contributing significantly to identify and unlock potential synergies, efficiencies and accelerators across the group.
YOUR MISSION
Create and orchestrate Disaster Recovery plans together with studios, and conduct DR tests periodically
Develop and maintain information security policies, standards, and guidelines based on regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Provide training and awareness programs to educate employees on security best practices and promote a security-conscious culture within the organization
Identity management solutions to ensure appropriate user access privileges
Conduct information security maturity assessments of studios, assess compliance with relevant standards, and recommend corrective actions to address identified deficiencies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date security documentation, including system diagrams, policies, procedures, and incident reports
Stay updated on emerging security threats, technologies, and trends, and provide recommendations for enhancing the organization's security posture
YOUR BACKSTORY
University degree in Computer Science, Information Security or relevant field
5+ years of experience in information security roles
Strong understanding of security principles and practices, experience with security technologies, and familiarity with relevant data protection regulations, compliance frameworks, and industry standards
Ability to identify and assess security risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and prioritize remediation efforts based on the organization's risk appetite
Proficiency in incident response procedures, including evidence collection, forensic analysis, and communication with relevant stakeholders during security incidents
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and convey complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical mindset to analyze security logs, investigate incidents, and troubleshoot security issues effectively
