Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Northvolt is establishing its first facility to industrialize and produce battery systems. In order to meet the increased demand for complete battery solutions on the European market, we are establishing a highly automated, state-of-the-art production facility for battery modules and energy storage solutions in Gdansk, Poland.
We are currently searching for Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, who will be responsible for finding and attracting candidates for a wide range of roles, to support the process of scaling our business unit in Poland from its current startup phase to a large-scale operation.
You are the one who will find out what to search for, where to search and what to say to get the right type of person interested in Northvolt. You have the skills and experience to quickly adapt your sourcing strategies to find candidates with various backgrounds from different industries with an endurance to admire and learn from. You most likely have a competitive mind and feel pride when "your" candidate finally signs an employment agreement with Northvolt.
Your responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and the team of TA
- Planning, monitoring and running recruitment processes to attract the best candidates on the market
- Engaging in improvement of recruitment processes to ensure inflow of right candidates and identifying top talents
- Managing the relationship with recruitment agencies and other external organizations and suppliers
- Participating in building TA credibility by providing on-going communication, partnership and proposing efficient recruitment solutions, including taking care of candidate experience
- Engaging in employer branding activities, onboarding and other HR related projects

- A relevant university degree
- Talent sourcing experience

Specific Skills/Abilities
- Min. 3 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably gained in an agency or manufacturing industry
- Proven track record of successes in a recruiting role and ability to hire for multiple positions concurrently
- Proven ability to work within tight deadlines, monitor own work progress and reporting
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationship with senior business stakeholders
- Excellent English and Polish skills
- Highly organized and result-driven
- Proactive and goes beyond expectations
- Has a “can do” attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to work in a high profile and often high pressured international environment

The factory is a highly automated, state-of-the-art production facility for battery modules and energy storage solutions.
We are currently in an exciting fast-growing phase and operate in a dynamic environment, dealing with a wide range of stakeholders. We are staffing our international office in Stockholm, our R&D facility, Northvolt Labs in Västerås, as well as Northvolt Battery Systems Jeden, in Gdansk, for production of battery systems. We are also preparing for upcoming positions at the main factory, Northvolt Ett, in Skellefteå.
