As an Application Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers and driving our organization forward. Working closely with a dedicated team, you will provide top-notch support and assistance, helping customers navigate our business system through various channels, including phone and email. You will also have the opportunity to tackle complex challenges, finding innovative solutions tailored to our customers' specific needs. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about leveraging their technical expertise to enhance customer experiences.

What you'll be doing

  • Delivering exceptional customer support by promptly and effectively addressing technical issues related to our business systems for craftsmen.
  • Collaborating with the team to troubleshoot customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions via phone and email.
  • Assisting customers in navigating and optimizing the functionality of our software, offering guidance, training, and customized solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Identifying and reporting software bugs, suggesting enhancements, and actively participating in product testing and feedback sessions to contribute to the continuous improvement of our business systems.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends, system updates, and best practices to provide knowledgeable and proactive support to customers.

Skills & Requirements

  • Excels in providing customer support and assistance.
  • Has a strong background in application support or a related field.
  • Is fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience working with ERP or finanical systems
  • Familiarity with application support
  • Previous experience in a customer support role.
