We are currently seeking experienced and highly skilled Senior Workday Consultants to join our team in Norway. In this role, you will be part of growing the Workday community in Capgemini. You will primarily focus on our key client, who is undertaking the largest implementation of the Workday solution in the Nordics. Your expertise and guidance will be instrumental in shaping their HR processes and maximizing the potential of the Workday platform.

Responsibilities in your new role:

• Collaborate closely with our client's HR department to understand their specific needs and requirements, and translate them into effective solutions utilizing the Workday platform.
• Analyze existing HR processes, identify areas for improvement, and design and implement optimized solutions.
• Configure the Workday platform to meet the unique business requirements of our client.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to end-users, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of the Workday solution.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations to educate clients on the capabilities and functionalities of Workday.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Workday with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization.
• Use your troubleshooting and triage skills to provide assistance in solving escalated operational and end users' issues.
• Manage, support and oversee bi-annual Workday upgrade for the area of your expertise.

What you will bring with you:

• Proven experience as a consultant or direct involvement in the implementation/maintenance of Workday, either as a consultant or as a member of a company that purchased and implemented Workday.
• In-depth knowledge of the Workday HCM platform, including specialization within core HR, compensation, benefits, learning, recruiting, onboarding and/or projects.
• Relevant certifications in Workday HCM would be highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in designing and/or configuring business processes in Workday.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong architect mindset, and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science).
• Based in Norway or Sweden and proficient in Nordic language.
