Cloud Operations Engineer
Business Function description . You will be joined in Business Function called 'Production'. This business function comprised of Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, Infrastrucutre and Deployment teams.
Team description. As a Cloud Operation engineer you will be part of a Tier 2 operation team comprised of 13 members. You will be handling day-to-day BAU tasks and resolve issues based on escalation from tier 1 and other teams.
Key role responsibilities (“Your Contribution”)
As a Cloud Operation Engineer, you will be handling day-to-day task, escalation from Tier 1 team, managing shifts, participating in platform changes,
You would get opportunities to work on the task independently and also share some of them with other team members.
As a Cloud Operation Engineer, you will also participate in the development of new processes in both a supporting role as a well in a coordination/lead role on selected projects.
As a cloud operation engineer you would also need to manage service outages and coordinate them with various departments.

5+ years of experience in Cloud

Must have knowledge about Linux and windows

Excellent database knowledge(Oracle, SQL, MongoDB)

Expertized Knowledge on monitoring tools like Splunk, Dyantrace,Solarwinds.

Individual contributor to drive change and root-cause analysis tickets with minimal guidelines.

Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in a Technology field, related certifications

Good to have a basic understanding of AWS and how it works
